Studio Director/Producer


Lisa, from Ohio,  has her BA from Wright State University, and Dance Teacher Certification from Ohio University.  She is a nurturing teacher & choreographer of 25 years and carries a wealth of studio management and business experience.  Lisa and her family have made Parker their home for the past 22 years, and are extremely grateful to serve YOU!


Ballet Co-Director, since 2005


Rebecca earned a BFA in Ballet from the University of Utah.   She has directed, choreographed and staged several full-length ballets, including: the annual Nutcracker of Parker, Swan Lake, Alice in Wonderland, Don Quixote, Sleeping Beauty, Snow Queen, and Wizard of Oz.

Artistic Team Director since 2018


Angela, from Utah, grew up dancing at The Dance Club and professionally with Odyssey Dance Theater in Salt Lake City, UT.   She has won choreography awards from JUMP, NUVO, NYCDA, Pulse, Velocity, and more!  “Teaching has brought me great happiness and has allowed me to share my first love! CSD Teacher since 2018.

Teacher/Choreographer since 2009

Calli from Parker, CO, graduated with honors from Oklahoma City University with a BS in Dance Management. Professional highlights include: Sandy in Grease, High School Musical 2, Urban Cowboy, Guys and Dolls,  and Oklahoma!  Growing up in studios taught her how to put others first and commit to excellence. 



Teacher/Choreographer since 2013

Amanda grew up in Colorado and received her formal dance training as an apprentice company member with David Taylor Dance Theatre.  She augmented her training with the Milwaukee-Pennsylvania Ballet and the Boston Ballet. Amanda received a B.F.A. in Dance from University of New Mexico.



Ballet Teacher since 2015

Rachel studied on full scholarship with Pacific Northwest Ballet School.  She is a former professional dancer with the Colorado Ballet and performed such ballets as Don Quixote, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella and many more.   She has studied with San Franscisco's Ballet and performed many roles including Snow Queen, Dew Drop and Clara for the Springfield Ballet's Nutcracker.  Besides her love for classical ballet, she also teaches ballroom dance.  She is also the 2011 Maryland Dancesport Pro/Am Chamion and a DVIDA certified instructor. Rachel recently was titled the 2015 Colorado Star Ball Champion. Rachel is thrilled to be teaching at Colorado School of Dance and meeting so many wonderful students.  



Ballet Co-Director since 2006

Oleg is originally from Russia.  He is the Artistic Director for the Annual Nutcracker of Parker. Oleg brings more than 25 years of professional ballet experience to his students. After graduating from the Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia, he danced as a Principal Dancer with the Bolshoi Ballet Grigorovich Company, Leningrad Modern Ballet Theater (Eifman Ballet), Moscow Renaissance Ballet, The National Opera and Ballet Theater (Novi Sad, Yugoslavia), the City Ballet in San Diego, CA, and as a soloist with the Colorado Ballet from 2001 to 2005. While with Colorado Ballet, he choreographed numerous works including MIRACULA, SONG OF LOVE, MARIONETTES, ZORBA, and PASSIONS. He has performed in many classical and modern roles, most recently in A LITTLE LOVE, and DON QUIXOTE, and as Dracula and Lord Arthur in DRACULA. He enjoys dancing the part of Herr Drosselmeyer each year in the Nutcracker of Parker.

Ballet Teacher since 2018

Mark is a native of Flint, Michigan, and a former principal dancer of 22 years with the Cleveland/San Jose ballet. During his tenure with the company he established himself as one of the company's leading danseurs performing an extensive range of principal and soloist roles as well as having danced nearly every role in the company's repertory. Mr. Otloski was also a performing artist for 7 years with GroundWorks Dance Theater, a contemporary-dance company based in Cleveland. Mr. Otloski was awarded the 2010 Sunshine Award by Young Audiences of Northeast Ohio which recognizes individuals and organizations who best exemplify the qualities of collaboration and partnership in the work they do with arts-integrated programming. Mr. Otloski is an accomplished teacher with knowledge of the Vaganova and Cecchetti syllabus' with over 25 years of teaching experience. He also is a guest performing artist Hawaii Ballet Theatre, City Ballet of Cleveland and GroundWorks.

Teacher/Choreographer since 2018

Kris studied dance at the University of California Santa Barbara and finished her Associate Degree in dance from Moonpark College.   She has a Barre Above® certification and teaches barre pilates, along with other core, acro and conditioning classes for Colorado School of Dance.  Kris has studied ballet, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary for 17 yrs; competing for 7 yrs with Dance Creations in California.  She is also trained in modern, acrobatics, hip-hop, and jazz funk. Kris has worked with prestigious LA choreographers: Michael Nickerson- Rossi, Wendi Baity, Ken Datugan, and former Diavolo Dance Theatre members David and Crystal Zibalese. She has performed at professional venues: LA Culture Collide, Ruban Rouge's Dance Co. Awakenings and Beginnings, Movement Theater CoLab New Work's Project, ACDFA Annual Dance Festival, and was invited to study with KCDC Dance Journey in Israel.


Assistant Director since 2002


Amy, from Kansas, has been with the school since it’s conception in 2002. She received her training from the Hilltop Dance Studio in Kansas City, KS. She graduated from Baker University in Baldwin City, KS with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Psychology.  After 16 years of teaching dance, her main objective is to make sure all of her students enjoy dance and have fun. Amy lives in the Parker area with her husband and their 4 children.


Guest Teacher/Choreographer


Cricket relocated from Los Angeles, CA to Parker, CO in summer of 2010 after working professionally as a dancer, teacher, and choreographer in L.A. for twelve years. Cricket graduated Cum Laude from UCLA with her Bachelors of Arts. Cricket was a scholar at The EDGE Performing Arts Center in Hollywood, CA; was represented by both Bloc and Bobby Ball professional dance agencies; and was a member of both unions Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and AGVA. She was regularly featured as an American Bandstand dancer on NBC’s “American Dreams”, and has appeared in the Hillary Duff movie “A Cinderella Story”. She performed live at the American Music Awards and danced with Tokyo Disney.


Teacher/Shop Manager since 2012


Claire began dancing in Dallas, and moved to Denver several years ago after fifteen years on the Western Slope of Colorado where she had her own successful studio and a small company of fledgling and professional dancers. She has experience teaching ages 3 to adult in ballet, tap, and jazz. She has spent many hours training in New York and is a great fan of Broadway . Claire also has co-owned a treatment facility for emotionally disturbed adolescents and a baby boutique. You may have seen herat the front desk where she has been on staff since the fall of 2012. She is very excited to be teaching dance again!

Guest Teacher/Sub

Ally joined CSD in 2019 and teaches Hip Hop.  She has a dance degree from Smith College, and has spent the last 5 years teaching dance on the east coast.  Ally has a wealth of experience and knowledge to offer our students!



Guest Teacher/Choreographer

Sara has worked with Chicago Tap Theatre and is a professional dancer with Denver's own "Honey Taps."  Her choreography was recently featured in King and Country's Music Video of "TOGETHER" remix. She has a dance degree from Oklahoma City University (OCU), and continues to stay up-to-date in her education and choreography to keep her students engaged.

Emily is our administrative coordinator, as well as a full time instructor in Tap,  Jazz and Children's classes. She is also one of our performance team coaches. She just graduated from Oklahoma City University with a B.S. in American Dance Pedagogy, and some of her past work includes serving as the director/choreographer for the Spirit of Grace Dance company, as a choreographer for the OKCU Project 21 dance concert in 2019, collaborating in the creative process for the making of the Princess Prodigy curriculum at the Dance Connection in New Jersey, and performing with the American Spirit Dance Company as a lead dancer in their annual show "Home For the Holidays".

Teacher since 2015

Courtney Graeber is a Colorado native whose dance and gymnastics background started at the age of 4. She attended dance studios much like CSD where she was formally trained in the Cecchetti method for ballet, and she was also a competitive gymnast for a private gym. Her love of dance and gymnastics continued throughout High School where she was on the gymnastics, diving and cheerleading teams. She then went on to Colorado State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Her love and passion for the health and fitness world lead her to become a certified group instructor in CIZE as well as being a health coach. She currently lives in Aurora with her husband and 2 girls, one of which is going on her 6th year dancing there at CSD.

(Photo coming soon!)  Welcome to my hip hop classes! I'm so excited to be working with this amazing studio this year and can’t wait to see all that we accomplish together. In my hip hop classes, we will focus on hip hop foundational styles, different choreography styles, as well as professionalism in the workplace. To become a professional dancer it takes not only amazing skill and talent, but also an enduring work ethic, a positive attitude, and the mindset of a businessperson. In my hip hop courses, my goal is to take your dancer to the next level in their training. In class we will warm up, freestyle, work on hip hop foundational styles, as well as, learning combos encompassing the skills we regularly work on.



Dietician/Co-Founder since 2002

Karen is CSD’s Facility Manager and Nutrition Teacher, and has been with the school since it’s opening in 2002. As a registered Dietician, Miss Karen teaches weekly classes in tumbling and nutrition, and annual nutrition seminars to our competitive dancers each summer. As the Rock-a-Doodles Instructor, she formats each tumbling/nutrition class with large motor skills for preschoolers providing a skillset for conditioning, strength and flexibility. She has more than 5 years experience teaching, and more than a decade of service as a dietician.



Teacher/Choreographer since 2016

Danielle was born and raised in Rhode Island where she began dance classes at the age of 7. She was both a competitive dancer and gymnast. As a member of the award winning Dance Artistry senior dance company she was invited to perform in Copenhagen, Denmark and Minsk and Moscow, Russia the summer between high school and college. In college she was a choreographer and performer with the Hofstra University Dance Team (poms) and student run dance organization called Danceworks. Upon graduating from college Danielle became a certified fitness instructor and later a personal trainer. She has been teaching a variety of fitness formats for over 20 years. Danielle has a Bachelors in Business Administration from Hofstra University and a Masters of Science in Education from Suffolk University.

Teacher/Choreographer since 2018

Alicia began with Colorado School of Dance in the spring of 2018, to help owner/director Lisa Tuska teach Monday evening classes.  She was so successful, and the kids loved her, we asked her to stay on permanently!  She will be teaching a range of dancing skills to our students such as  Jazz and Poms!  She grew up in California dancing as a competitive dancer, coach and teacher.  We are thrilled to have her on staff here at CSD!



Guest Teacher/Choreographer

Tyler is a dance major at Chapman University, where he plans to study  Dance and Business.   Mr. Tuska is a dedicated dancer and a long time Senior Company & Team Member of the Colorado School of Dance. As Mr. Dance America 2017, he is Mr. Tyler.  He looks forward to teaching during the seasonal breaks, and continuing to inspire his students.



Rehearsal Assistant

Liam  is a member of the Artistic Performance Team & Senior Ballet Company.  Mr. Teagarden has been featured in roles such as Nutcracker Prince, Cavalier, Aladdin and more.  We look forward to the bright future with Liam here at CSD!

Dance Instructor

Gianna has been a student at CSD since she was 3 years old!  Now, as a senior and one of our Senior Company Members, we are proud to have her on staff teaching child dance and tap 1.  She has been assisting for years, and a wonderful addition to our staff.  She has been in featured roles of Carabosse ion Sleeping Beauty, and Mouse Queen in Nutcracker, and is one of our Top Team performers in Musical Theatre, Jazz, Tap and Contemporary.




Children's Dance Instructor

Hannah  grew up dancing at Colorado School of Dance.  She was on Miss Lisa’s very first competition team from 2005-2008.  She continued dancing with Denver Ballet Theatre and Colorado School of Dance, and performs in annual Nutcrackers with both companies. When she is not at the studio, she works full-time in construction management and spends time with husband Devin and their three fur babies!

Becca Tuska grew up at the Colorado School of Dance, and learned from the best of many staff over the years.   Her ballet training are from Oleg and Rebecca, her Jazz training from Cricket and her main tap training growing up were Kate Vallee and Laurie Davis.   Today, she is studying pre-med & art at Pepperdine University, and is a key member of their dance company "Dance in Flight."  Since she is doing college in 2020-2021, CSD was so excited to offer her a position to teach and rehearse our Senior Tap Team.  


Danielle Van Natta

Administrative Director

Danielle Van Natta is our "Queen" of all things front desk & administrative.  If one woman could walk backwards in high heels, with knowing everyone's names and multitasking, it is Danielle.  She started at CSD as a MOM, and now today, is both a MOM to a GSU dancer and MOM of the studio kids here.  She is a former business owner herself.
